Located in the stunning Church Bay, our campsite offers breathtaking sea views amidst an area renowned for its natural beauty. With both large and small pitches equipped with electric hook-ups, alongside tent spaces, Church Bay Cottages cater to a variety of camping preferences.

- Electric Pitches: 10 large and 9 small, perimeter-based for stunning views.
- Tent Spaces: 4 non-electric central field spots.
- Facilities: Free WiFi, coin-operated showers, mixed toilets with basins, pot wash area, communal fridge & freezer, waste disposal, and a drinking water tap. Plus, a cold wash area for pets and gear.
Amenities & Services
- Onsite Entertainment: Seasonal Bay Bites food van, and kayak & paddleboard hire.
- Pitch Pricing: Standard pitches at £25/night, large pitches at £30/night, with electricity charged upon departure.
Campsite Rules
- Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am, no campfires, BBQs off the ground, adults-only booking, check-in by 8pm, midday departure, and dogs must remain on a lead.

For accurate and clear directions to Ty Newydd, Church Bay Cottages:
- From A55: Exit at Junction 3 for Valley (not RAF Valley). At Valley’s traffic lights, turn right.
- Continue on A5025: Drive 6 miles through Llanfachraeth, then turn left past the Black Lion Pub, signposted for Church Bay / Porth Swtan.
- Towards Church Bay: Follow this road for 3 miles, then turn left at the sign for Porth Swtan & Beach.
- Arrival: We’re the first property on the left, just before The Lobster Pot Restaurant, 2 minutes from Church Bay Beach.

Directly across from our site, you’ll find a renowned seafood restaurant praised for its culinary excellence. A charming café by the beach offers delightful tea and cakes within a 2-minute walk, while a cosy pub is just a 10-minute stroll away.
Additionally, the Bay Bites van serves up delicious full breakfasts, lunches, and treats during the summer holidays, with weekend evening service from May through early September. For golf enthusiasts, the island boasts 5 golf courses, making our location perfect for a golfing getaway.
The site is ideally located for walking on the Anglesey Coastal Path.
