Knowle Meadow offers luxury glamping and camping in a tree-enclosed wildflower meadow in the heart of South Somerset. The focus at Knowle Meadow is on nature, wellness and relaxation. All campers have access to hotel-quality washroom facilities and a Scandinavian wood-fired barrel sauna with a moon window showcasing the beautiful views.

Choose between a locally made Shepherd’s hut with a log burner and wood-fired hot tub, two large Lotus Stargazer Belle Tents with log burners, or one of 10 grass camping pitches suitable for tents and campervans.

The campsite allows dogs and one of the Belle tents is dog-friendly.

Exit the A358 onto Knowle Lane, and we are a short drive down the lane.

Near by attractions

Knowle Meadow Camping is moments away from both Ilminster and Chard, and local to many great pubs and cafes. There are great walking and cycling routes from the campsite.

Two National Trust properties are within 20 minutes drive (Barrington Court and Montacute House).

Dorset’s Jurassic coast, and Lyme Regis, are less than 30 minutes away.
