This family-run site is part of a thirty-year rewilding project, offering a peaceful and eco-conscious base for campers of all ages. Whether you pitch a tent or glamp in one of the site’s Hobbit Houses or furnished bell tents, this is a place to switch off, relax, and reconnect with nature.
Campfires are encouraged here, with each pitch having its own fire pit. Expect butterflies, birds, frogs, and hedgehogs as your neighbours, as well as regular pizza nights, bar events, and family-friendly festivals throughout the season.

Greenhillock is located between Forfar and Dundee off the A90 via the B9127. The postcode for satnav is DD8 2NL. The postcode stops slightly short of us so carry on over the railway bridge. The road turns sharply to the right and to the left there is a track signposted Greenhillock Glamping and a wind turbine you can’t miss. Take this left and follow it to the first house you come to. The site is through the gate on your right.
