About Ffoshelyg Woodland Campsite
Ffoshelyg Woodland Camping is a pop-up campsite open 1-28th August. Around an acre in size, the site consists of a mixed woodland and some open grassy areas. We are extremely quiet and secluded, being located in a valley at the end of a long private track and surrounded completely by countryside. Our farmhouse is the only house that can be seen from the site and there are no roads or traffic nearby, giving us complete peace with only the sounds of nature to be heard.
We are located a 15-20 minute drive from multiple sandy beaches on the Cardigan Bay coastline, you are able to access bustling tourist towns such as New Quay and Cardigan without having to stay in a noisy holiday park. Instead enjoy the peace of the woods and being immersed in nature. As there is no light pollution the night skies are excellent for stargazing, you will be amazed at what you can see on a clear night!
A drinking water tap, portaloos and rubbish/recycling facilities are provided but no showers. Fires are allowed in the fire pits provided, logs are available to purchase on-site, £7 for a bag of logs, £5 for a bag of kindling. BBQs are allowed but only off-ground BBQs on legs, no disposable foil BBQs. Camping is £10 per person per night, children under 18 £5 per night, children 2 and under camp free. Dogs are not allowed on site except guide dogs.
